Comes as a complete set (plastic zipped bag, bottle of fragrance oil and car diffuser).
 
Diffuser opens on a screw top.  Remove plastic plug.  Insert the oil from the bottle into diffuser bottle.  Replace screw top firmly.  Hang the diffuser wherever you require scent.

- If hanging from a car mirror, please ensure that the bottle will not be in contact with the windscreen at any point.
